Clickfool, the Israeli supreme court has made a number of rulings regarding the path of the fence. Almost everyone of these rulings has been to the favor of the Palestinians who live near the route of the fence. I don't have reason to argue with any of these rulings. It seems appropriate that a court make some of these decisions. My question to you is, can you point to a single court ruling about the route of the fence that the planners and builders of teh fence have not followed? It seems that you are insinuating that the court rules and then the military does as it pleases. Fact of the matter is the fence's route is controlled by the civilian political establishment and that EVERY court order has been respected regarding it's route. Are you prepared to provide evidence to the contrary? If not, why not? We await your answer.
