Bibi appears to be the only one thinking clearing. What country in the world (besides Israel) would supply water and power to another country that is attacking them? None, that is absolutely ridiculous to suggest that they should. The plan is simple, when the qassams are fired, the lights go out and the water stops. If none are fired for a day they go back on, until the next time. If the palestinians want power and water, all they have to do is stop trying to kill Israeli's and if they are not actively trying to kill Jews, they should stop those who are. If this simple plan doesn't work, Israel should occupy the launching sites until there are none. No country in the world would allow another country to attack them daily...none.
