Let me get this straight in plain English..: 2 rockets were intercepted while elsewhere three got through. I don't call that a very effective deployment. Oh, and that 'anti-tank' rocket ?.....are we going to find out later that it was in fact a Grad and the military is lying to save face for deploying a half baked anti-missile system ? ...just a thought.
