    Israel holds the Golan Heights by right of conquest. The UN has no basis for any declaration. It does not and should not define boundaries. That is not in their charter. Believe it or not most territorial boundaries worldwide were established by conquest and over time or by agreement became recognized boundaries. Currently the land is Israeli by right of conquest. In this case moreover it was not Israel who attacked Syria but rather defended itself and prevailed. Too bad for Syria! Until there are peace agreements between Syria and Israel the land is Israeli territory by right of conquest and its boundary was established at the time hostilities ceased. Who are any of you to say whose land it is or what are Israel's rights? If Israel defines the current boundary with a fence and troops, and tells you to stay out you had better stay out or risk being shot. The idiots who got shot and were killed were asking for it. They ignored rubber bullets warning them. I regret any loss of life, even and especially Arab life, because many Arabs have a serious ability to reason or understand reality, they simply want what they can't get without compromise, but these people were asking for it.
