Where was the implication that the Arabs have no responsibilities? You can't disengage from an occupation and not make proper arrangements for allowing the entity to function, especially if you wish to retain the right to vet everything going in or out of that entity. You either control it or you don't. We were talking about terminally the ill and you waxed very eloquent about our obligations in their regard. I am less eloquent but the obligation is there and it is paramount. Meanwhile it takes two to make peace. Each side believes the other is not motivated and thus does nothing. The status quo is poison for both. Who is naïve?
