I bet there is some sense in that somewhere. Right? The definition of a state is that it has sovereignty over its territory. There are NO foreign entities that can demand to meet anyone in another country (well they can demand it but they have no way of making it happen). Israel chooses who it meets and not, Israel chose not to meet these people. Another great success for the Israeli foreign ministry...
