CJ, do you know of any permit given to a house after it was built? If you know, you might raise it, but first come up with facts for your argument. And De, I believe that Arabs are discriminated against in Israel in general, not only in East Jerusalem. The Supreme Court is the only institution in Israel that is doing something against it. If the Arabs bring a case of discrimination in building permits, they will be heard. The East Jerusalemites haven't learned to use the Israeli legal system to their advantage. But it is odd that you and CJ are attacking the only institution that is doing some good, as in the topic of this article. This attitude is that of ideologues, not of rational people who consider each case by some logical analysis. The side you don't like may even do the right thing every now and then, but you will miss it. No side is completely black.
