You're right, why don't they get invitations? If Israel's legally designated enemy states include Syria and Lebanon, then why wouldn't we include our archenemies Hamas, Hezbollah and Iran? If the core issues are planned to be announced before the summit in November and the archenemies accept the terms of the principles of the agreement between Israel and the Palestinians, then additional invitations might be well worthwhile to send off. These summits don't happen too often, so if they want to be included, they'll have to make some serious choices and we know what's ultimately the best choice if they're serious players in bringing peace and prosperity to the Mideast region.
