    Following Chirac recommandations, Douste Blazy has used a willfully equivocal speech: The first message can be easily read by Iran as: "France is a friend of Iran". The second one is easy to be explained inside France as: " France said that Iran must have a stabilizating role and not doing the opposite". This is Chirac 's diplomacy: 1)First he is crying as a good actor because Lebanon is going to be completely destroyed but knows very well that France will have to rebuild it with huge business and contract paid with Saad Hariri 's money. 2)He blames Syria of his role, but do nothing else. France s'Diplomacy is hypocrit as Chirac is, that 's why he chosed to have a jerk to represent his diplomacy.
