Any high court of justice is subjected to accusations of being biased. The "left" will shout that it´s becoming "right" if something doesn´t fit their ideas and the right shouts it´s damaging "whatever prestige remains to this vital institution and will cement its image as the servant of the left in terms of perspectives and opinions" if a decision isn´t to their liking. We have to live with the fact that not everybody shares our opinion and those who don´t share it might have their own valid reason for doing so. That´s the nature of a true democracy; we need to respect each others point of view, fight hard for ours and learn to live with an outcome that might in the end not look as we desired it. To polemicize and demonize the opposite camp (in BOTH directions) will certainly not strengthen any country against it´s true enemies. Those sit beyond the Israeli border and rejoice on the strife that is celebrated there on a daily basis...
