    Killing it's own people, Syria is at a new low. Shooting them in the streets, for the world to see, has to be an embarrassment. But, worse yet, there is the poison gas unleashed on civilians must be punished. Trouble is, in the US, is that we are tired of the real expense of war. We don't want to put troops in, anywhere. At the same time, we realize we do not have UN support. France said it would do something, but the are, after all, French. Their government didn't even fight the Germans in WWII. What do you really think they would do. In Gaelic fashion, they would arm the rebels, at best, but, those rebels are part of a group that is also fighting Western factions, such as al-Qaeda, What is a world power to do?.
