As long as fighters are willing to remain there, the besieged city will not fall. But life there will become hell.13:03 12.02.16 | 0 comments
The court in Israel cannot expect to take criticism when it is plain for all to see that by appointing themselves on the bench they create a narrow paradigm, and values to interpret the law...also the fact that israeli courts don't have standing allows everything and every issue to become justiceable, giving the court carte blanche to what they wish to legislate from the bench. These two conepts within Israel's judicial branch msut be corrected, the fact that Israel's leading jurist reject these notions coupled with the fact that Israel is the most activist court of the western democracies and the erosion of trust in the israeli public should make them reconsider...but the elitists never take much notice of the smaller guy. "Power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely." It is time for common sense to prevail and Barak, cheshin and their ilk to just shut up and stay in the ivory tower!!!
