Justice Now! has proposed that UNRWA should continue providing education, vocational training, and medical services to Arab refugees, but that the UN High Commission for Refugees take over settling refugees. According to the High Commission Web Site, the HC has settled some 30,000,000 refugees over the past 60 years. UNRWA's web site mentions nothing about having a mission to settle refugees. If polls that say that more than 30% of PA residents would resettle if they had the opportunity and the latest polls show some 90% of Arabs in Gaza would also relocate if they could, why shouldn't the refugees be resettled according to what is not only UN policy but also their right as refugees to be resettled?
