The "Leadership" of this ad-hoc Committee are of the same sort who, in America/EU/UK, support the easing of taxes for the wealthy, and other "Elites", and the placing of the resultant lessening of the National Tax Burden onto the middle and lower financial classes. We are losing this fight in those States because of a minority of wage-dependent idiots who continually vote for those who, while supporting their ideological goals (anti-abortion, "small government" for two examples), are ruining them financially while gaining triple the wealth, since 2000, and increasing their political power to practically insurmountable levels. Most of those on this panel, if the histories of such groups holds true, will NOT be aware of the actual, financially rapacious, goals these "Leaders" have. And, they'll NOT be aware that, whatever gains they actually accrue, the end result will be more money/power in the hands of those "Leaders" who will soon be, financially and politically, their Masters.
