    It is true that Chabad has emissaries all over the world. Their religious outreach programs, however, are nothing more than disguise to raise funds. They own buildings in the most exclusive neighborhoods in South America, Australia and in the former Soviet Union. They emphasize the value of charity; meaning more and more donations to Chabad, but when it comes to giving, they just turn away from the needy. What are they doing for the jewish poor who lives in dire poverty? The answer is nothing, they are cold hearted, selfish people! I used to listen to the Rebbe's speaches and on one occasion Joe Lieberman asked him a question about the israeli-palestinian situation and instead of giving an honest "I don't know" answer, he gave a very superficial, phony answer.
