    Pretty strange to publicise such a report, it seems. May be an attempt to bait Iran - which makes me wonder if and how Iran will react to this report. Maybe this is an attempt to catch-22 Iran on the nuke issue. See, as I see it, Iran has a dual approach to this issue: on the one hand Iran denies it is developing weapons, but on the other hand it presents itself in this bold, provocative manner -- maybe this report is meant to force Iran to decide which of these two "diplomatic" paths is more important.
