does not reflect the majority opinion or wishes of Canadians. The current Conservative Party is not unlike a slightly more coherent Tea Party. He is widely regarded as the worst Prime Minister that Canada has ever had. Regarding Israel, the Prime Minister is an evangelical Christian. He had never travelled outside the nation before being elected, and knows next to nothing about the Middle East. He DOES know where election money comes from, and is willing to sell his position to gain political support from Jewish ridings and the Jewish community. Canada's loss of credibility around the world simply mirrors Harper's blind support of Israel. Canada might have had a conciliatory role to play in bringing peace to Israel, but he has destroyed that. It is a loss to Canada, and really no help to Israel.
