Has East Jerusalem been formally annexed by Israel making it (from an israeli legal standpoint) part of Israel, or does the state of Israel formally consider it to be occupied territory? Is there a difference in status relative to israeli citizenship between arab residents west bank and those who live in Jerusalem??? Is there a difference between arab residents of West Jerusalem and East Jerusalem relative to israeli citizenship, including voting in israeli elections, ability to relocate to other parts of Israel, etc???
