There are some darkly sinister implications to this article. As the fate of Yitzak Rabin (whom I hardly ever see mentioned these days) demonstrates, Israel may well be unable to provide security to its leaders or retired leaders who dare to provoke the wrath of the more rabid zealots of the settler movement.
