An intersting article but both sides are still to blame. Exlusively blaming Israel is unfair but you've correctly pointed out that 'might is right' is no longer going down with the West - particularly since the argument is that Israel is the Western outpost no longer holds water. Many things have changed -most notably the Arab council who have matured and have realised that Israel is here to stay, but most importantly the media portal has changed. Just last year Israel turned down an Arab peace initiative because (it seems) they didn't know what to make of a fair offer. It took them by surprise and most importantly it didn't fit with their grand plans - Israel is too used to being in control in the region and the media picked up on this. Israel simply got too good at bleating the 'victim' tune and now that there is a moderate man at the white house the media are also becoming more moderate.
