Since the fact that jews have disproportionate representation in US is self-evident, something that many jews not only know, but live, my guess is that over 25% would answer in the affirmative to most ADL questions. The fact that AIPAC is one of the top 5 most powerful lobbie, yet representing not much more than 1% of the population (but 3% of voters!) is well documented and self-evident, so what's that got to do with anti-semitism? Interestingly, I believe that every Jew in the US know a few other jews who he/she believes are more loyal to israel than the US (while vehemently denying self same in him/herself, of course). My guess is that the number in some places like New York - which is full of supporters of israeli/american settlement-meisters - is way over that in the general population. Interestingly, most key critics of israel - with a few exceptions - are jews too, as are those against reform jews, mixed marriages and what not. There's a hollow sound to ADL's drum beats....
