If the killing happened in any western country it would be murder, so the West cannot argue to the UAE that it should be different. The passport evidence aganist Israel is compelling- noone else, or no opther countyr could have forged those passports. Mossad's rules of authority are well known- any assassination must get the authority of the Head of Mossad and the Prime Minister. Ipso Facto there is a compelling prima facie case against Dagan and Netanyahu. Will be interesting to see how it pans out. I'm not sure how the West could deny the UAE- maybe diplomatic immunity for Netanyahu while he's PM; but not much else. Was it worth it to kill this goon?
