They are, what looks like on the surface, publicly behaving by sayin the right things and letting people see what they are not concerned for them to see and know. But covertly and secretly they are really misbehaving, Johnboy. Well, you say the important players who suppose to know that, will know. True, but will they prefer to push the pretended public behavior as a safe route, or take a much more dangerous and unpleasant route of calling Iran on it. Face it, after having Iran, Russia and China fully taste their weakness and absolute non desire for the tough stance and confrontation with them, they will just like that move right back to square one and tighten up the bolts. That bolt tightening will sure fly right by Russia and China just like that. Especially, as I have said, after tasting the "retreat" of the very submissive, non confrontational opponent looking for nothing but a peaceful way out.
