The actions on both sides seem completely dumb. The Palestinians are suffering and they keep firing kassams and Israeli towns are being hit by kassams and Israel keeps supplying electricity. If someone wrote a book like this it would be rejected. Ashkenazi hinted yesterday that the way to stop kassams is to simply respond with very large attacks which would involve no threat of life to Israeli soldiers. One attack - bomb the Hamas parliament. Second attack - wipe out their training fields and offices etc. This is of course the right approach! The kassams stop and Israel stops attacks on Gaza. Sounds simple to me!
