Hamas may have told Israel it isn’t looking for another war in Gaza, but it’s clearly desperate to advance its attack tunnels. It’s also delighted to be sowing seeds of discontent and concern among the Israeli public.04:19 13.02.16 | 0 comments
There is something uncomfortably pathological about Burston (pathological?) attack on the editorial of Seigman. To write that the demand to stop the settlement and remove all the illegal one as a PRECONDITION is a "bomb" is to miss or ignore ALL to previous agreements that Isarel made, but subsequently (or a subsequent government) elected to ignore. As for the editorial of Henry Seigman hemisses the point: Israel do not dislike Obama as a person, nor do they object to peace. Au contraire. The problem is that Israel and the Israelis dont TRUST the peace. Isarel left the Ghaza Strip, it was take over bu Hamas, and for eight years the southern part of Israel was bombarded, without any international protest, without any editorial by Henri Seigman. Tomorrow we return the West Bank, as all Israeli governments since Rabin agreed to do, and a week later we'll have bombs at the center of Israel. Only if Isaelis will be convinced that peace means (surprisingly!) peace, will they support it.
