Israel obviously needs housing for the Arab inhabitants of Jerusalem. Build some in West Jerusalem. As for building in lands captured in 67 that were outside of Jerusalem at the time, they are still outside of Jerusalem in the eyes of every other country on earth. Ramat Schlomo is not in Jerusalem. Neither is Bethlehem inside Jerusalem. Neither is Jericho or Ramallah. Evanston is not inside Chicago, and neither is Schaumburg or Skokie, even if Chicago wants to expand Ohare again.
