The wildest rumors from N-Korea say that famine is so severe there that people have become cannibals, eating their children and dead corpses. - History taeches that when people are starving they start wars in order to get it from the people they attack. So: take N-Korea's threats seriously and curb them by bringing them FOOD!!! Do it as a "goodwill gesture", for example. They will not start a war with full stomachs! Obviously they are too proud to ask for food aid, so exercise discretion so that they will not feel humiliated and attach no strings to the aid, so that they will not turn it down. And one more thing: don't bring them gene-manipulated dead nutrition, even starving Africans have their dignity and they don't want to be the Americans' guinea pigs and do not touch their gene-manipulated food aid. It is offensive. So: let us be "mensch" to other people and respect their needs and offer them the real stuff. Thank you.

How I learned to fall in love with sanctions

Sanctions did not devastate South Africa or Iran. Nor will they destroy Israel; above all it will extricate Israel from a trap it is unable to get out of by itself.
