    With strong articulations in defense of Israel's bargaining position at a time when it is progressively being pushed toward complete acquiescence to the Palestinian demands that no one with a remote comprehension of its national history deemed remotely just or fair ten years ago, is it any wonder that everyone in the world believes that anything less is unfair today? Is it any wonder that no one anymore believes that the proposal of a Palestinian state in 95% of the West Bank-- the land of Abraham and Isaac and Joseph and Benjamin from which we were "ethnically cleansed" by the Romans-- with full citizenship rights for any of the Palestinians in Israeli territory, is a just compromise anymore? I'm not suggesting that I think anybody anywhere should be denied a hopeful future. My understanding, contrary to the authors' claims, is that the Arabs of Jerusalem are not denied anything except that which they do not want.
