Start on the non Jerusalem borders with 1:1 land swaps for the West bank, including water and other natural resources. Then work on a DEFINITION of a Jewish State that is and will forever be pan-Israeli among all 40 political parties from not to the end of time and that the Palestinians can agree will be set in stone forever and which recognizes the rights of Christians, Muslims and all other ethnic and religious minorities to never be expelled for not being a member of the Jewish nature of the state. The definition has to something that can never be modified or repealed or altered in any way without Palestinian ratification. That is a way to split the differences. BTW, will Palestine need to be defined as the NON-JEWISH State? And what does that mean? What is the pan-Israeli definition of that? And does Abbas need to get that ratified by Hamas?
