Brett...I am against all killing. That is the difference between us. Israel killed more civillians than Palestinians did during the last intifaddeh. Sorry, buddy, calling every civillian death an accident doesn't fly. Israel has infinantly more resources than the Palestinians, therefore they do their killing in a different way... ...but killing is killing. I agree the Palestinians have to control militant groups, but it is an impossible task without a political process leading clearly to peace settlement. After all, the Israelis have completely failed to control militancy and the little success they've had is at the expense of imprisoning about 3 million people with gestop tactics. What's wrong with a political process leading peace? Like I said, Israel needs a sea change in attitude....hopefully we are seeing it...at this moment, it is not clear... Time will tell.
