Howdy Brad; What international law do you have which bestows a "right" to refugees displaced by war (or their descendants) to return to their places of origin? And please don't bore me with UNGAR 194, para. 11, because it is a General Assembly resolution, and as such, is a recommendation only, is not a part of the body of international law, is nonbinding, and is unenforceable. I await your response with great anticipation. Please provide Security Council resolution number or international treaty name and article number so that I can look it up. Thank you.
