Boycotting Israeli universities is unjustifiable as this is prejudicial to academic freedom and the right to associate with whom one wishes. However, Ariel College is another matter as this is a product of the occupation and as Shlomo Sand correctly stated, the non-Jewish inhabitants were not even consulted about having the partisan college in their area. If there was an exclusive boycott of Ariel College - a product of the occupation then this would be justifiable, but NOT Israeli Universities within the green line.
