Howdy Bou; I'm in favor of cluster bombs provided that they are used against an enemy mililtary target and provided that all of the nasty little bomblets go off when used. I'm opposed to them if 10% of the bomblets fail to explode and litter the ground with lethal ordnance which go off when disturbed by friend, foe, or civilian alike. So, it's an engineering problem. If the engineers can't perfect the weapon, then let's go back to napalm or white phosphorus instead; at least it doesn't leave anything left over for later.
