I sympathize with both arguments. Gilad and his family have suffered tremendously for the past five years. They want to see their beloved son again. I completely understand that. But then in return for Gilad, Hamas wants the release of 1,000 terrorists and cold blooded murderers. You can be sure that once freed, they would be more than willing to do such acts again. They are evil people who have no compassion or regard for human dignity. Netanyahu is in a tough situation and for us to criticize him for is ignorant. Netanyahu has to think about the safety of all Israelis, not just Gilad.
