Islamofascism must cause a kind of brain damage that impairs the logic circuits. In case Hamas can't figure out that the crossings are closed because they kidnapped an Israeli and fire rockets at Sderot civilians, Israel should reinforce this equation by shutting off the power, now that Mazuz has approved it as lawful. Its not about "occupation", its about "state of war" - different rules entirely. The coming law to confiscate PA tax monies to pay for rocket damage was too long in coming. Mazuz or Rice can hardly object to bankrupting the PA in this way - since the US does exactly the same thing to impounded funds of Cuba. Perfectly legal to place a lien in this manner. PA residents have been suing the IDF in Israeli courts for years - now the tables are turned, and terrorism victims will suck the PA dry (Israeli courts, remember?). When the money is gone, there is always land to sieze in lieu of cash. With new PA refusal to recognize Jewish Israel, no "peace process" left to harm.
