To weaken the Islamic Republic of Iran, one has to bomb its four oil terminals. No export, no currencies. Without 85% of GDP, no nukes, no advanced weapons, no terror subsidies and no juicy businesses for the Revolutionnary Guards. But weakening IRI won't be enough to set the conditions of a lasting peace. Egypt is at truce since 1979, after it lost two wars. Jordan is an objective ally since 1970 and it even relinquished claims on the West Bank in 1988. Most of the Arab League capitulated with arrogance in 2002 after Sharon wiped "resistance" out of Judea and Samaria. Israel has to defeat IRI the last state sponsor of rejectionnism. Then Syria will come begging for a mere slice of the Golan to save its pride; Hizbullah will face a hard choice between a peaceful or a forceful disarmament; Hamas will accept whatever Abbas can negociate. Israel can defeat IRI righ now, at once and for all, with four nukes. Or show mercy and wait for the Iranian people themselves to get rid of its mad dictator.
