He knows all that must happen in the 2nd PLC for the State of Palestrine to emerge. Renouncing true terror is not as significant as embracing secularism or the PA as the one government. But he is quite angry about the trap of "First Rain," et al, although handled brillantly, IMHO. Hence one pontificates now about renouncing true terrorism. There is truth to that which is said here about it being Palestine's turn to offer a menaingful contribution to the peace process without changing basic principles of defense.
