Forced deals don't make good deals. Sure they can try and pressure Israel into creating an arab state within 2 years but can you create PRACTICAL & WORKING deal in 2 years. Forget about what you would want and think about what can practically be achieved. So far the palestinians have refused direct talks so we are not even talking right now, borders, transport, recources, security, settlements, Jerusalem, refugees. You seriously think we can have a deal thats going to work in the long term if its just pushed through in 2 years. We need to get rid of deadlines full stop and let this be worked out 1 issue at a time, when things stall they stall but because there are no deadlines it goes through as quickly or slowly as we can work out practical agreements that can work long term. If we rush it there will be an arab state in some form but not peace and war will come eventually. We need to decide if the priority is an arab state or peace if its peace we musnt rush things.
