Israel's judicial system would be all over someone who engaged in that activity, not only because it is evil and intrinsically repugnant but because the politics of that crime would be extraordinarily dmagaging to Israelies and Jews. The criticism of the journalist and newspaper have never been that it is beyond bounds to run a story on organ theft but that there appears to be no reliable corroboration of the story. In short it doesn't meet journalistic standards. That being so, why was the story run????? One can reasonably speculate as a matter of free speech, right.
