If you read closely, you'll see that they left "after peace talks failed in 2000" because Arafat walked out after Israeli Olmert offered him everything, and "violence ensued" being the Palestinian's well-orchestrated "intifada' violence directed at Israeli civilians. Israel had to restrict access of Palestinians to enter Israel because they were entering under the pretext of jobs and blowing up and murdering Israeli citizens. Thus, the Pals were to blame for the absence of peace, more restrictions on travel, and fewer jobs in Israel. Only a dishonest revisionist of history or a fool would blame Israel for these problems. But I'm still waiting for the UN Investigation of the violence directed toward Israeli citizens which was directed by the Palestinian government.
