Bill, I understand perfectly what you are saying, But this is not only an Israeli problem, This has an effect on every country in the world, And if it has an effect on every country in the world, It should be dealt as such! I agree with you that usually resolutions have no teeth, But a resolution that prevents building new Nuclear Facilities could work, For if you define countries or companies how sell Nuclear Technology, and/or the countries how build new Nuclear Facilities as criminal It can stop the chain reaction; you can sentence people to prison, you can sanction a country with out a lot of mambo-jumbo, as it is today, you can make teeth to such a resolution that all countries without exception will obey them (and I am making it clear the resolution is on the issue of ?Stopping the building of new Nuclear Facilities? and not those that already exist and do not calm me at all)!
