That don't sign on to that agreement. The terrorist shell game, literally. Four groups abide by a halt to rockets and three more keep shooting. End result the rockets keep flying while the Pals say they are honoring their agreements, old game just a new day. This has gone on for the last 40 years Arafat was famous for this ruse. The test will be this, do the rockets stop 100%, yes or no. If not look for the Pals to make excuses, but it will mean only one thing. Either they can't control their territory...which means they can't make a deal anyway...or they won't control their territory which means the same thing. Bottom line the rockets must stop along with all other attacks that's how you make peace. In fact the Pals could have done this anytime they wanted, peace has always been in the hands of the Pals, and we see where that has gotten us. Maybe this time it will be different, but don't hold your breath.
