I don't really have opinions on Keshet and their programming, having only watched and loved Eretz Nehederet on Israeli TV, but just wanted to note the incredibly weird, wooden and convoluted phrasing of Nir's comments, presumably this can be bad translation (which does happen in Haaretz, but very rarely), but more likely it's the interviewee's own way of speaking, which is always a give away for a bad manager: a big ego in a vacuum.
