Once again Bibi seems to be saying that all Israel has to do to improve its international standing is to get its hasbara right and to hell with its policies. Or in other words things will improve for Israel if it is seen to be trying to engage in talks but don't worry, it won't actually have to do so. This is Bibi's most tried and trusted tactic, wanting to do nothing but getting others to believe that he is sincere about wanting talks. No even half-credible politician can any longer have any doubt about the game Bibi wants to play. It is up to them whether they allow him to keep on doing so - or not!
