The realities of the world's growing discontent with Israel's occupations and its oppression of the Palestinian people have not yet sunk into his outdated way of thinking. But there will be no change to international consensus! What's been happening, and will continue to happen, is an increasingly acute awareness of not only the injustices and human rights abuse endured by the Palestinians under Israel's occupation and settlement enterprises, but also the contributing impact that they have on international security. The creation of a Palestinian state within the 1967 borders is an issue that is destined to become more imperative with time, as will the pressure on Israel to come to terms with it. It's definitely NOT going to diminish, as Netanyahu seems to be thinking. It's 2011 and you wanna know why just about everything Israel is doing serves to further delegitimitize it? Because it's been caught in time bubble while the world's perspective, it's awareness, and its concerns over human rights and justice has changed. Eyes have opened, and nothing Israel can do will erase what they see!
