PM vows to pursue relevant legislation after three Israeli Arab MKs visit Jerusalem terrorists' families and observe moment of silence in their honor; 'imagine if this happened in the U.K. Parliament or U.S. Congress,' Netanyahu says.14:13 07.02.16 | 0 comments
The real issue is the diffenition of Israel. Beilin wants a 'state for all' and Olmert and Bibi want a Jewish State with a huge Jewish majority. The idea of unilateral withdrawal was tested and some aspects have been positive and some very negative. One thing is clear, most Jews understand that separation is the way to go. The separation fence will continue but, settlements should stay and the IDF should stay. In other words, the fence should minamize contact between both people until such time that the Arabs recognize the Jewish State. In the mean time, life will be hard for residents of the PA but they have the option to leave. I don't think Olmert views things any different than this way. The IDF will continue to attack the cowards that hide behind babies and the elderly and life will go on. Saudi Arabia will continue to ignore the weak and poor and such is life in the middle east.
