'I accept that the comments that Ken Livingstone has made make it more difficult for Londoners of Jewish faith to feel that the Labour Party is a place for them,' says mayoral candidate Sadiq Khan.03:33 02.05.16 | 0 comments
PM Netanyahu was educated in the USA and his command of the English language is masterful. Bibi knows that Americans like catchy phrases that rhyme or use alliteration, as a mnemonic device. With that in mind, one has to admire Bibi's use of language when he asked this loaded rhetorical question: "Now if Iran knows that there is no red line. If Iran knows that there is no deadline, what will it do?" That's great; "red lines" and "deadlines"...."red lines" and "red lights"....even Mrs. Clinton could easily grasp and remember these talking points. The US media will now act as an echo chamber for the catchy slogans. One must also admire the cleverness that the Israelis show when they invent terms like, "Zone of Immunity" and "Existential Threat". Very clever, indeed. Bibi should realize that "red line" and "deadline" both rhyme with "bread line"....and Israel has been at the head of the US Foreign Aid breadline for six decades.....and now Bibi has the chutzpah to launch an "unprecedented verbal attack" on Israel's primary benefactor....biting the hand that feeds you is not the way to show gratitude to a nation that puts its own troops and treasure on the line to preserve, defend and bankroll the "Jewish State" concept. Bibi is a consummate ingrate and a panicky war monger.....he's gotta go....he's toxic to the "Special Relationship".
