If Netenyahu wanted to jettison Shas and Israel Beiteinu for Kadima, what's taking so long? It seems to me that Bibi has elected to stay to the right. I guess we'll see how far he'll get. It's a pity since dropping Shas and Israel Beiteinu for Kadima would be a giant step forward for a two state solution. However, it is what it is. Abba Eban used to say that Palastinians never failed to miss an opportunity. Looks like Israelis have elected the same course. Rather than fight the U.S. on construction in East Jerusalem, they could be pressuring the U.S. to get livable terms from Sayyed and Abbas. What a waste of leverage.
