Abbas it seems is now getting some of the backing he had asked for a long time ago. Your plan which entails great faith in Abbas making a deal for the 67 borders is very risky.I cant see it happening. Also I will say that it seems that Hamas were not even given an opportunity to speak. It could be that the charter and their history was enough but the ceasefire they held and the fact that they are the peoples choice or at least were,I felt something is wrong in the legitimacy of allowing them in the elections and yet suffocating them after they win.(Then again Im an idealist) Abbas has been head of a prev corrupt org that the Pals had lost faith in has shown interest in peace, but hasnt shown the kind of power it would take to control the groups (Im talking more personality here) This is the main point. I supported you yesterday only in name. While I cannot understand why people dont create their own names, there has been much worse here, not in names but in slanders and abuse.
