The Saudis dont want an Obama lame deal anymore than Israel so if they want to hurt Obama they will threaten to hurt America economically. In 2010 they signed a $20 billion arms contract with the US now if they were to threaten to cancel that contract or even did cancel it over Obama wanting a weak deal rather than $20 billion investment in America Congress would turn on him more than ever considering all the Saudis are demanding is Obama refuse to lift sanctions not go to war for them. The American public would be angry with Obama because Iran is an enemy of America and Obama is siding with Americas enemy lifting sanctions. The arms company lobby groups would turn on him. It would be a huge embaresment to Obama personally for putting Iran over American jobs. The Europeans will support the Saudis and refuse to go along with Obamas deal because they will be eying those contracts for themselves. Israel would say nothing so it cannot be accused of taking sides. Obama can bully Israel but he cannot bully the saudis and they want in this case same thing as Israel. The Saudis are planning to buy $20 billion of weapons anyway and European weapons are just as good as American weapons so they can still buy their modern weapons just dont buy it from America but it will hurt Obama personally so he will have to take the threat seriously. Obama is not looking for a solution to this he is looking for a way out for himself personally because he hates diplomatic conflict just as much as he hates military conflict and he wants to reach out to muslims and thats why he is willing to go along with lame solutions because it gives him the way out he has been looking for.
